The Green Squared Process begins with our team of engineers and contractors performing site visits, reviewing historical property data, surveying the building envelope as well as all applicable building systems and performing an energy audit. Following the completion of these functions, Green Squared will prepare a detailed report outlining our findings.

Model the Solution

Green Squared's team then engages in an extensive energy modeling process which leads into detailed engineering and design of the proposed solution. The Green Squared solution is intended to allow for the maximum energy efficiency value proposition

Financing

Our team of in house finance experts will then review the recommended solution to determine the most effective way to finance the proposed solution. This process includes our determination of any and all applicable tax incentives, tax credits, tax deductions and financing methods.

Project Implementation

In the Project Implementation Phase, our team will then prepare a detailed construction plan which outlines the proposed solution, including scheduling, coordination, contracting and certification.

After Market Services

After the completion of any retrofits or improvements, our team will provide training and education to our clients, including explaining the features of any and all applicable warranties. We also have various ongoing service and maintenance capabilities and also offer our clients various continuing programs relating to performance measurement and verification.
